Now this is an inspiring story: Nicola Dutto’s life changed completely when he, at that time reigning European Baja motorbike champion, suffered a spinal cord injury and found himself in a wheelchair. A long rehabilitation period followed but now he is preparing to achieve something that would seem to be virtually impossible: riding the Dakar Rally 2019!
Nicola Dutto will be the FIRST paraplegic motorbike rider in the history of one of the largest sport events in the world. Participants in the Dakar Rally conquer 10.000 kilometres in just 10 days.
